MLM Success: Take Your Online Conversations Offline

mlm conversationsDo you want to increase your MLM success? Than you want to take your online conversations offline. 

Most people spend so much time prospecting online through messages, but do not get these new prospect conversations on the phone or in person.

If you don’t do this, you will “blow the deal.”

 

Call or Meet With Your Prospects

You mean actually interact with your prospects over the phone or in person? YES! You are not weird if you do this, you are weird if you don’t do this. Don’t be the person who hides behind the internet all day trying to get a signup. When you get to the point where you have built a relationship and they are open to taking a look at what you are doing. You most likely will send them to a website or video. From this point do everything in your power to get them on the phone.  You can say something like this:

“I really enjoyed talking with you online, let’s continue this conversation via phone. Here’s my number 631-241-9623, what’s yours?”

Or if you both live local, invite them for a cup of coffee. I am at Panera Bread meeting people a few times a week, sometimes a few times a day.

Offline Prospecting For MLM

I am a huge fan of the internet and use it everyday as a tool, but I do prospect offline. How could I tell my team to do this if I wasn’t? I always ask myself that. Plus keep in mind you are missing out on tons of people that could be great for your business.

Quick story to give you ideas. I met a woman the other day at the supermarket. She was the most enthusiastic person I had ever met as a cashier. I said to myself, “this person would be great to work with.” I almost didn’t prospect her, but in the back of my mind I was thinking how can I tell my team to do this if I make an excuse not too.
