Learn How to Setup a Membership Site With S2Member Day 5

s2Member-day-5Welcome to day 5! We have covered a lot of key information inside learning how to create a membership site with S2Member.

Even though we covered a lot, I keep each day very simple and easy to follow for you.

Day 1-4 Recap

Day 1 recap – I haven given you some suggestions on creating a product. When your product is done, it’s time to setup your blog. If you are someone that finds setting up a blog easy, do it yourself. If not, outsource it.

Day 2 recap – I showed you exactly which S2Member plugin to install. It can get confusing because when you type in S2Member in the plugins search you will see different versions.

Day 3 recap – I talked about setting up your pages and gave you some examples. It’s important to set up your pages before you move into configuring S2Member.

Day 4 recap – I showed you how to setup your “login welcome page” and your “membership options page.” These are two very important pages of the S2member plugin.

Day 5- Setting up Restrictions on Your Pages

Separate from your “login welcome page” and your “membership options page”, you must setup restrictions on all the other pages. If you don’t do this they will be open to the public. Watch this quick video to see how with one click of the mouse you can change the restrictions.

Wasn’t that easy? Don’t worry about the other levels. Just use level 1 if it’s your first membership site. Level 1 will get you setup and running. Don’t skip this step because people will have access to the site without becoming a member. If you have any questions so far, leave a comment below and I will see you on day 6!

Much Success and Gratitude!
