Craigslist Advertising Tip: Less is More
When planning out your Craigslist advertising method keep in mind less is more.
This Craigslist advertising tip will increase your exposure while saving you lots of time and headaches.
Someone asked me recently, “how many ads they should do a day on Craigslist?”
Although I am a big believer in there is never enough ads. It really depends what you are promoting.
Testing and Tracking on Craigslist
If you are using Craigslist for MLM or Affiliate marketing there is never enough. If you are using Craigslist to advertise your business, let’s say for example a plumber or electrician, posting the same ad all day long is just going to get other Craigslist advertisers mad and flag your ad. If you post 2 ads 3 times a day (morning, noon and night) you will catch people at all different times. Instead of just blasting out 10+ ads at once.
Posting on Craigslist From Different Accounts
We discussed a little about how many ads you should post on Craigslist. Here is another example how less is more on Craigslist. How do you post your business 3 times a day on Craigslist without getting flagged? You may be thinking this and it’s true, you can only post on Craigslist 1-3 ads per account every 48hours.
I just created a blog on how to create free PVA’s with your iphone or droid. With free PVA’s you can create new craigslist accounts whenever you want. What you want to do is post a few ads from one account then move on to another account. Never abuse the account with over posting or your ads will most likely get flagged.
So to wrap up everything we just discussed. Plan ahead your Craigslist advertising. Test and track your ads and see what is working best for you. Lastly, do NOT over post. Create multiple accounts and post from the account every 48 hours to be on the safe side. I hope this tip was helpful. Leave me a comment I will do my best to answer any Craigslist questions you may have.
Much Success and Gratitude!
