This book is not big, but contains a huge amount of value. Also the knowledge and information is really straight to the point. I see this as a book I would read this continuously over again. Depending on the person, you may get something different out of the book each time you read it.

Make The Changes That Count
I just finished reading this book and I have so many thoughts I can share with you that are really empowering. I am going to share with you a little something from the chapter called, “Make The Changes That Count.” If we want to improve and grow as a person, John suggests we do the below Five Things.
1 Change Yourself – If you want people around you to become better it starts with you becoming better. If changing yourself seems overwhelming, you can start with something small.
2 Change Your Attitude – When you try and change things that are out of your control like other people you will be very disappointed. The beauty of changing your attitude is you are completely in control of that. When you start to change the way you look at things, things start to change.
3 Change Your Nongrowing Friends – Your friends can lift you up and follow your dreams or they can get very negative and ask you to join them on the couch.
4 Determine to Live Differently Than Average People – Three things you can do. Find positive ways to approach your problems. Don’t allow your feelings to determine your behavior. Act differently, finish what you start.
5 Unlearn What You Know to Learn What You Don’t Know – There are many things that each of us learns are wrong, and we must unlearn them if we want to get better.
