3 Core Values on Self Doubt
1 – Mindfulness The willing to see your own self suffering for what it is and the ability to stay present with it even though it’s uncomfortable or makes us sad or it’s painful.
2 – Common Humanity Understanding a very deep level that your own experience of self setbacks does not say anything about who you are as a unique human being.
3 – Self Kindness Remembering what matters most to us. Managing ones on needs and our own aspirations and being willing to pointing us back in the way of pursuing. Being a mentor to ourselves. Create an inner sight or awareness to get back to a plan.
How to Change Self Doubt?
When we have self doubt, we talk to ourselves. We say disempowering statements like negative self talk or criticism. This will lead to no self control at all. When your experiencing suffering it’s important to be highly compassionate to yourself. Whether it’s a setback, or stress. This can make a huge healthy change when you control your self talk.
